A Different Approach
What does “being the best” mean for a real estate company today? If we were to shed all existing perceptions and start from scratch with the consumer in mind, how would we define “best”?
That’s the question we wanted to answer by launching Slones Real Estate. We spent 15 years in real estate, working with clients, analyzing their needs, observing other real estate companies and agents, and analyzing and dissecting every step of a transaction, be it marketing a home or helping someone buy a home.
With all that knowledge and experience, we proceeded to segment the real estate transaction into 3 parts; Pre-contract, Contract, and Post-contract. Then, we examined the skills needed to successfully navigate each of these segments, and we identified how “best” is defined for each of the skills needed.
Finally, we architected a way that would allow us to bring together the best of these skills to support each and every one of our clients.
We believe that our approach serves both our clients and our counselors better.
